BLACK LIVES MATTER

Police is a public service and our daily interactions with cops can help identify misconducts. Why not give to people a democratic instrument that could potentially save lives from abuses of power?  Cinct is a Black Lives Matter phone application that allows users to file complaints against officers, review community precincts, record police abusing their power, and get Black Lives Matter updates on community events and crime in their neighborhood.

After two reviews of three badges or less, the precinct is flagged with the department's internal affairs and an investigation begins.
